Mobile Services


1. General Terms

By scheduling a service appointment with Speedy Pit Stop (“SPS”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement. This agreement grants SPS technicians permission to perform necessary repairs and maintenance on your vehicle, and you agree to pay for all services rendered.


2. Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit cards (subject to a processing fee) under certain conditions. Please refer to the Paypal, Credit & Debit Card Agreement for important information about paying with a credit or debit card.

2.2 Payment Obligations

All parts remain the property of SPS until the balance is paid in full. No warranties on parts or workmanship will be honored until full payment is received. Please refer to our Guidelines for details.

2.3 Failure to Pay

Failure to pay for services rendered may result in additional fees and legal action to recover outstanding payments. Please refer to our Guidelines for details.


3. Warranty Information

3.1 Parts Warranty

SPS provides a warranty on parts installed during service appointments. Warranty duration may vary based on the part type. Please inquire for specific warranty details.

3.2 Workmanship Warranty

SPS offers up to one-year warranty on workmanship, covering defects arising from normal use. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions or issues caused by negligence or misuse.


4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Travel Deposit

A non-refundable travel deposit is required to secure and confirm appointments. This deposit is separate from the repair cost and must be paid prior to scheduling. More than one appointment may be necessary to complete a repair. Once an appointment is booked, the travel deposit is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule within 7 days.

4.2 Service Requests

To request a service appointment, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Make, model, and year of your vehicle, and its license plate number.
  • Desired location for the service to be performed.
  • Preferred date and time for the service.

4.3 Estimate Validity

All estimates are valid for 5 days. Prices are subject to change if additional repairs or parts are necessary.

4.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Over 48 Hours in Advance: A cancellation or rescheduling fee fee will apply.
  • Within 48 Hours: A cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Within 24 Hours: A cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Same-Day Booking: A cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply.

4.5 Missed Appointment Fee

If a technician arrives at your location and is unable to perform the service due to reasons such as lack of access or an unsuitable location, a minimum fee or a Late Cancellation Fee will be charged.


5. Service Conditions and Limitations

5.1 Suitable Location

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable and safe location for the service to be performed. The technician must have proper access and authorization to complete the service at the specified location. Vehicle must be on a level asphalt surface.

5.2 Scope of Services

SPS technicians do not perform the following repairs on-site:

  • We do not sell or install tires.
  • Engine or transmission rebuilds.
  • Head gasket, valve train repairs or timing chain/belt replacement.
  • This list is not exhaustive. Not all repairs are suitable for mobile servicing.

5.3 Pre-Purchase Inspections

Pre-purchase inspections are based on a visual and auditory assessment of the vehicle's condition. Technicians do not dismantle vehicles. Pre-purchase inspections do not guarantee the value of a vehicle or its suitability for purchase and do not act as a warranty or insurance policy.


6. Customer Obligations

6.1 Access to Vehicle

Ensure that your vehicle is accessible and that any necessary permissions are granted to the technician. Additionally, the technician may operate the vehicle to perform a road test to accurately diagnose issues and confirm repairs. You must supply the complete vehicle's key and remote or key fob to the technician as the case may be. The items will be returned after your payment has been made.

6.2 Vehicle Readiness for Service

The vehicle must be properly licensed, insured and safe to drive. Please ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel for testing as needed.

6.3 Maximizing Efficiency During Your Repair

While we appreciate your interest, allowing the technician to work without interruptions will help complete the repair more quickly and efficiently, ultimately reducing costs for you.

6.4 Responsibility for Repairs

You authorize the technician to perform repairs using necessary parts and materials. SPS is not liable for unforeseen damage to fragile components, especially in older vehicles.

6.5 Repair Timeline

Your vehicle may remain inoperable for several days to allow time for diagnosis, ordering and receiving parts, and completing the necessary repairs.

6.6 Parts Disposal

If you request to keep replaced parts, a core charge may be applied. You will be responsible for the proper disposal of such parts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


7. Limitations of Liability

SPS is not responsible for any damages resulting from theft, fire, or acts of nature while your vehicle is under service. Additionally, SPS cannot be held liable for component failures due to age, wear, or defects that become evident during or after the repair process.


8. Unforeseen Circumstances

SPS shall not be held responsible for any delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to rain, strong winds, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, or disruptions to internet and cellular services. In such cases, we will reschedule your appointment.


9. Customer Information and Privacy

9.1 Information Use

Individual customer information such as home address, client name, and vehicle identification numbers will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

9.2 Promotional Use

Pictures or videos may be taken for promotional purposes or to document the vehicle's condition before and after service.


10. Termination of Agreement

10.1 Termination by SPS

SPS may terminate this agreement or suspend services at any time for any reason.

10.2 Termination by Customer

You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use SPS services, provided there are no outstanding services under your account.


11. Service Area

Our service area extends up to 15 miles north of Boca Raton in Palm Beach County, Florida, encompassing the Delray Beach and Boynton Beach regions.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 No Assignment

You may not assign this agreement or any rights or obligations herein without SPS’s prior written consent.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any referenced rules, policies, or guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and SPS.


13. Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment or utilizing SPS services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.


14. Age Restriction

SPS services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.


15. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

SPS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
